Today at lunch, Geoff and I took a walk around Long Pond so that he could test out a new lens. It was a beautiful day for photos - the colors were so bright!

Salmonier Nature Park

Geoff and I took a drive to the Salmonier Nature Park yesterday. It was a beautiful afternoon, which unfortunately meant that most of the animals were hiding in the shade. Still, it was definitely worth the trip if just for the scenery alone!

Hamburger Cupcakes

As you may know, I am a big fan of food shaped like other food. Last night, for a bit of fun, Geoff and I decided to try out the recipe for cheeseburger cupcakes found here: How to bake cheeseburger cupcakes . We had to modify the decorating slightly due to our lack of green icing, but otherwise the cupcakes were a huge success. Now all we need are some candy french fries and perhaps some rainbow cake for dessert!
